Our animals spend most of their lives on pasture. We are a small cattle and sheep operation specializing in naturally raised lamb and beef. Our sheep are Suffolk/ Dorper cross and our cattle are primarily Angus/Simmental. We are currently offering Heritage Lamb from our small flock of Khatadin sheep and Heritage beef from our Belted Galloway Cattle as well as meats from our production herds and flocks.

We believe in bringing you the finest quality at the fairest prices. Our meats are Certified Naturally and Humanely Raised. Hormone, steroid, and antibiotic free. All of our meats are U.S.D.A. INSPECTED,GRADED AND PROCESSED. Custom cutting is available on split side and larger orders. We also offer Pasture Raised Berkshire Pork and Buff Orpington Chicken as well as Purebred Duroc pork from our sister farms.
